The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views that made our mornings delightful. The spa access was a wonderful perk, providing a chance to relax after our daily excursions.
The classic double room did not have enough space for our luggage.

Couple's getaway paradise
The staff were attentive. The waiter even arranged a special meal for me because of my dietary restrictions, and let me tell you, it was a culinary experience that I did not expect. We sat on the terrace at sunset, the lake sparkling in the fading light, enjoyed every moment there. It's the kind of place that makes you forget all your worries.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was definitely worth it.

The beautiful lakeside view from my balcony was breathtaking, but the spa reservation issue severely impacted my stay.

Our family had an enjoyable stay, especially in the thermal spa, which was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of exploring. The beautiful lake view from our room complemented our mornings and evenings perfectly. The spacious area for children kept them entertained while we relaxed.
In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant service was too slow during breakfast. Perhaps having a designated family area with quicker service would enhance the experience.

would come again
The room was large with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and two balconies overlooking the lake. Spa facilities were top-notch, featuring warm thermal pools and wellness treatments. Breakfast was ample with fresh pastries and local options. Location was perfect, right by the ferry terminal and historic sites known for their romance and charm.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this spot! The pool and spa facilities were perfect for unwinding after our adventures. We visited a colorful pediatric area and enjoyed some yoga for breath sessions, which was a great way to relax. Definitely worth it for group trips!
The check-in process was a bit tedious, with a confusing form and credit card info needed just for the hotel bar access. It was a little frustrating.

Enjoying the beautiful location by the lake, the thermal pool was a highlight, but the mediocre breakfast and lackluster service made for a mixed experience. While staff at the reception were nice, waiting times for dining were frustrating, which affected the overall enjoyment.

missingWrote a review on Jul 10mineral wateroutdoor cafécomfortable showermessy dining
The thermal mineral water pools provided a soothing way to relax after a day of exploring. Accessing the outdoor café along the lakeside made for enjoyable drinks, especially with beautiful views of the surrounding scenery. The room had ample storage space and a comfortable shower, perfect for winding down.
While the pools were nice, the couples engaging in public displays of affection were a bit distracting, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I found the breakfast experience lackluster. there were no clean plates available when I arrived, and several food items ran out during service. The limited choices left me scrambling for a proper meal, especially since waiting for replenishments felt excessive. On top of that, the saunas lacked adequate warmth, which hampered the relaxation I was seeking. Lastly, unkempt tables in the dining area made choosing a place to sit awkward and disorganized.

The location was great, just a short walk to the beautiful historic sites. Breakfast offered a good variety with amazing views, which we thoroughly enjoyed while dining. However, we did experience some issues with the staff, as they were not particularly accommodating when it came to extending our pool time after check-out. The room was clean but the pool's smell of sulfur was overwhelming and not pleasant.

The room was cozy and spacious, with comfy beds and a warm vibe. I really liked the nice touch of the bathrobe and slippers. It was super clean and had a good atmosphere. Just wish there were tea and coffee making facilities right away, but they brought those quickly after I asked.
